The HZ-HA-170P features ATEX certification (II 2G Ex ib IIC T4 Gb), supporting explosive gas/dust environments. With 138 microphones and intrinsic safety, it delivers reliable PD, gas leak, and mechanical fault detection.

Partial discharge (PD) occurs when localized electrical breakdowns partially bridge insulation gaps without creating a full short circuit. These micro-discharges generate high-frequency electromagnetic waves, ultrasonic emissions (20-500 kHz), and chemical byproducts like ozone. Left unchecked, PD accelerates insulation degradation, leading to catastrophic equipment failures.

HERTZINNO offers a free PC-based analysis software that allows users to import images and videos from their devices for secondary analysis. The software also supports video and image review, as well as report export.
Ultrasonic detection of compressed gas leaks operates by capturing high-frequency sound waves (20-100 kHz) generated by turbulent gas flow through leaks, where smaller orifices produce higher frequencies, enabling precise localization and quantification.
Acoustic cameras detect pressure-driven leaks independent of gas composition, enabling universal application for compressed air, inert gases, hydrogen, SF₆, and all other pressurized gas leak detection.
For different types of leaks, HERTZINNO’s acoustic camera can detect compressed air, natural gas, hydrogen, oxygen, as well as other inert and toxic gas leaks from long distances.
